You are not broken and I’m not trying to fix you.  We experience painful times in life and often don’t know where to turn, being overwhelmed by sadness, worry, anger and insecurities.  These things cause challenges in our daily lives; you have what it takes and I can support you through it.

I have an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy.  I utilize different methods and apply them to your situation so we can create a strong alliance.  Within our alliance we can process feelings and events that have shaped you up until now and find solutions you think are appropriate to help you move in the direction you choose.
