You are not broken and I’m not trying to fix you.  We experience painful times in life and often don’t know where to turn, being overwhelmed by sadness, worry, anger and insecurities.  These things cause challenges in our daily lives; you have what it takes and I can support you through it.

I have an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy.  I utilize different methods and apply them to your situation so we can create a strong alliance.  Within our alliance we can process feelings and events that have shaped you up until now and find solutions you think are appropriate to help you move in the direction you choose.

Masters of Social Work, St. Louis University

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Illinois 149024079 (Exp. 11/30/2025)

Client Focus:

My training has afforded me the opportunity to support many different types of clients. I am willing to support those seeking change and who are open to doing the work. I also understand that younger people can be resistant to this; I am able to support them too. 

Fees:

Counseling sessions can range between $100-$180 per session. A sliding scale is available depending on your ability to pay.

Accepted Insurance Plans: 

I am constantly working with insurance providers to expand my service reach. I have a credentialing service and I’m paneled on multiple carriers through the service. Contact me to determine eligibility.
