I specialize in therapy for healthy marriage, couple, and family relationships; separation and divorce; parenting and behavioral issues; and trauma/PTSD. I work with adults, children, couples, and families. I have more than 25 years of experience working with military families specializing in domestic violence, child abuse, and family relationships. In working with you, your children, your spouse, your intimate partner, or your family, I am collaborative, client-centered, strengths-oriented, and solution-focused. I believe that the most important part of therapy occurs outside my office, so I will frequently ask you for a commitment to change and give you homework to complete between sessions. I hope to assist you, your children, or your family to find or re-establish a strong and secure anchor to improve your life, marriage, and/or family.
