Using an emotion-focused approach I will empower you with tools to improve your relationships and your self-esteem. My ideal clients are teens, young adults, and college students who may struggle in their relationships with friends, family, or romantic partner. I also enjoy helping couples learn to navigate conflict in order to promote healthy interpersonal dynamics.

$100-250
*Private pay is required. You do have the option to use your out-of-network benefits if approved by your insurance company.
