As I completed the requirements to earn a PhD in Counseling and Psychological Studies at Regent University, I began to focus on empowering Black single mothers struggling with depression and anxiety. One of my favorite ways to help clients express themselves is through the use of sand tray therapy, which will help you increase emotional expression. I am also a Certified Prepare Enrich Facilitator, which is a program developed to assist couples in all stages of the relationships.
Through individualized treatment, my goal is to empower you to face challenges that arise in life as you learn to develop and maintain healthy connections.
